Berlin has several corners that gives cyberpunk feelings. Most famous is probably Potsdamer Platz and Alexanderplatz.
However, just recently a new developed area around the so called "Uber Platz" (based on the American Company – can it be more cyberpunk?), has been developed.
It definitely gives some dark, futuristic feelings. Check out the YouTube video and wait to see the Amazon Tower.
