I'm finished setting up my PC. But I've been reading a lot lately about AM5 cpu's burning up. My anxiety is getting a hold of me.
Are these voltages, especially the VSOC at 1.25V normal, with EXPO enabled? Should I try to lower it?
If I try to lower it – should I tweak any other voltage, or should I just try it at 1.2V without any other changes?
Is it normal for that setup to default to that voltage with EXPO I profile?
In HWMonitor the highest VSoC voltage ever recorded while gaming was 1.24V.
Setup is:
– Asus TUF B850-PLUS
– 9800x3d
– 2x16gb 6000Mhz CL30 by GOODRAM IRDM
The only things I tweaked so far were enabling EXPO and undervolting the CPU by -20 curve optimizer.
