Why not have the "manual adjust" feature for 90 FPS/Extreme+ to allow the user to adjust the framerate at 65-70-72-75-80-85 fps. Why 72 fps though? Because it's going to have perfect frame-pacing with 144hz displays which are pretty common on Android phones
I think it makes a lot of sense because 60 to 90 is a higher jump than 90 to 120. 60 fps to 90 fps is a 50% increase in framerate, 90 to 120 is a 33% increase. The 90 fps cap is present on very old procesors (Snapdragon 855/865/888/8 Gen 1 or equivalent chips from Mediatek), everyone who ever owned a phone with such specs knows that 90 fps is not worth it and stutters way too much, especially in the event hotdrops
