I like this medal a lot and I want to grind for it. Any tips on how to do it?

Here are the notes. I only have 3 to 4 hours of gaming time reserved per day. Is it possible to get it done? Also, I did not redeem the 2025 green one and it is maxed out. I saved it for the 2026 one instead.
