Hello! I have impulsively bought a bundle of nvs 295s, and naturally I found the golden ship here!
I was able to achieve this using 3 things, first off a vbios mod to increase the voltage and base clocks, a high rpm desktop fan, and thirdly nvidia inspector.
I was able to achieve these:
Core: 815 mhz
Memory: 1040 mhz
Shader: 2050 mhz
The benchmark is ran at 640×360 lowest dx9 temps where <49° 100% of the time
