Hi there, I'm from the Philippines and my account got hacked way back in july 2025. I've been trying to recover it but the garena customer service is taking way too long to respond. I tried my best doing everything they say just to recover it but still haven't.So today I had a thought of searching the current clan my old account has been and it's called deus.It only thought of searching it today so I searched it on fb and boom!!! same clan same ign on my old account!!! Bro's been playing on scrims and tournaments using my account! Man what the hell!?!? and they've been joining official codm tournaments?!?! bro I wish fort the whole clan to be banned on all scrims and tournaments and I mean everyoneinr that clan. BTW this is him(the guy himself with the same ign and it's his birthday wow what a coincidenceW Are there anyone here in the official codm customer service team? please I need my account back. Just tell me what to do.
