Asrock b650 pg lightning/7800x3d/32 gb 6000 cl30 xmp not expo... i have disabled pbo and should i use jedec ram 4800 with default timing and cl or xmp profile. my ram is on mbo ram qvl list. A lot of things is hapening with asrock mbo's and i wanna be on safe side until some bios update resolve this

I get usb keyboard disconnects for few sec in games and i read it can be from unstable ram. I only use xmp profile 1 6000 mhz cl30 1.4 v
Soc is at fixed mode 1.2 load line calibration 3 and VDDP is at 1.150 .. that is when i enable xmp 1
