Tightening timings DDR4 3600 18-22-22-42-CR2

Hi,
I bought myself some DDR4 3600 18-22-22-42-CR2 rams cheap and new. I'm trying to squeeze as much as I can from them.

Any tips? Here are my current results. I aim solely for gaming performance.
