Part 3 of my 3rd person animation comparison videos – This one compares the wide swing/strafing animations between CSGO and CS2.

As displayed in the video, the CS2 model appears much more hoppy and off balance when strafing compared with the more stable and linear CSGO model. This is especially noticeable when the cs2 models left leg crosses in-front of the right leg. The exaggerated – and frankly borderline physically impossible – cross-legged animations are jarring and difficult to predict and track when holding angles. I believe these animations + the missing counterstrafe animation is a major factor in the perception of CS2 having such stronger peekers advantage compared with CSGO.

We are all aware the devs are working on animgraph2, so I am posting this feedback to visually document to them what I consider are the main issues with the cs2 animations.
