I'm currently running default bios with disabled APU and the following PBO settings:
PBO Limits – Motherboard
Boost Clock Override – +200
Scalar Ctrl – 1x
Curve Optimizer – (EDITED: -20)

I don't seem to get these speeds and end up getting way less, can anyone help me out I've been diagnosing this for a long time and I don't know what I can do to fix this.
