I really like the skin, well, ¾ of it. Seeing him running around in MP or BR barefoot makes me wonder: Why couldn't they just gave the poor dude some cool sneakers?!
True; this is how he looks like, but SF6 has a customization option with different Luke skins. It looks kinda silly tbh.
So I edited the sneakers from the "Crash – The 'Stache" character on Luke to see how it would've looked like. It could've been a 9/10 skin.
