Hi guys,
On December 10th, 2025, my CS2 account got banned. I’ve played on this account for years and I’ve never used cheats, macros, injectors, or any third-party software. Counter-Strike means a lot to me, and I’ve always tried to play fair.
What makes this even more confusing: I only play FACEIT and my FACEIT account is not banned, which makes this feel like an absurd Valve mistake that’s only harming me.
I’ve also invested a lot over the years (time + money, including skins), so this is honestly devastating. If anyone knows the best way to get this properly reviewed by Valve/Steam Support, I’d really appreciate the help (and any upvotes for visibility).
