4×8GB Samsung C-Die OC from 2666 → 3000 MHz — worth pushing further?

Hey guys,

I have 4×8GB Samsung C-Die (M378A1K43CB2-CTD) on a MSI B550M Pro-VDH with a Ryzen 5600G.
Stock was 2666 MHz CL19, and I got them stable at:

3000 MHz
20-22-22-22-42
(settings shown in the pictures)

I tried 3200 MHz (even passed MemTest86 2h at CL18), but the system became unstable at idle — Kernel-Power 41 during shutdown/desktop, unexpected restart on idle — so I rolled back to 3000.

Question:
Is it realistically possible to push this 4×C-Die setup higher than 3000 MHz on a 5600G?
Anyone managed 3066/3200 stable with similar sticks?
