molly and smoke for triple and stairs you can throw while executing. Saves your teammates from getting awped especially if you don't have chain flashes in solo queue. Not especially hard to throw I can get to 95% of the time.
You am at a dot on the ground to the right of another dot but its quite easy to spot and quite prominent. It's a walk + jump throw.
The accompanying smoke is so its convenient to throw your util set from one spot and is pretty hard to miss just don't go right or left too much, up and down is fine. Quite useful particularly when you have turkeys for teammates. Try it yourself
