can’t play [COD4] campaign on PS5

So I'm new to the COD franchise and I decided it would be a pretty good idea if I started it off with call of duty modern warfare 2019. So a few days ago I bought the game along with every single add-on on the PlayStation app so I downloaded it digitally and every time I boot up the game I keep on getting this screen. I've done everything there to do. I've restored licenses rebuilt the database cleared the cache, downloaded the game, re-download the installing packs individually very slowly and I did lots of other things as well such as restart my PlayStation five and nothing seems to be working can someone please help me out?
I just really want to play the campaign
