So I "overclocked" my 8700k to 4.7ghz with 1.250v (to start), but my voltage in HWinfo and HWinfo 64 are both way higher than that and it also fluctuates? Is that normal? How would i go about fixing this if this is a problem?
My motherboard is the gigabyte z390 aorus pro-cf.
