DFM|Go1, KojiKOG, Saishunkan|Nemo and Reject|Score recently collaborated together to create a new tier list for Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves. Characters have been divided up into the S tier, A tier, B tier, C tier, D tier and nonexistent tier categories.
Hotaru, Kain and Hokutomaru are said to be the best characters in the game right now. The four players have indicated that these three are so strong compared to the rest of the roster that there exists a “wall” that separates them from everyone else.
Billy, Marco, Gato, Kim and Andy are also said to be very strong right now, though they’ll obviously have to work a lot harder than any of the aforementioned fighters positioned in S tier and A tier. Ronaldo, Vox Reaper and Preecha have also been placed in the B tier group.
Chun-Li was recently made available as a guest character from Street Fighter 6. However, it appears that she doesn’t feel especially strong right now, but at least she’s doing better than Ken Masters, the other guest character that comes directly from Street Fighter 6.
It’s odd to see that Mr. Big is also present on this tier list considering that he isn’t set to be playable until December 9, 2025. He’ll be the final DLC character released for Season 1 of Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves.
Funnily enough, Mr. Big has seemingly been placed on the tier list to be above Tizoc (who occupies that nonexistent tier category mentioned earlier) as if to say that the pros are predicting that Tizoc will continue to be the worst character after Mr. Big becomes playable.
