I built my gaming pc a few days go, recently focused on overclocking just the DDR5 memory (2x16gb).
Note: my key part specs are at the bottom of this post

Of course the bios prefers to run at a safer 4800MT/S, but I was looking to run closer towards the 6000MT/S. With or without XMP on any overclocking speed, my pc is hanging or freezing.

From memtest86, by only changing the DRAM speed and toggling XMP, I ran near the lowest overclocking speed at 5200MT/S and have been given some errors. Memtest even freezes around the 20 minute mark. Defaulted 4800mts speeds are good, zero errors.

I later on also tried changing the DRAM voltage, and DRAM VDDQ to no more than 1.35, and tried 1.33 then 1.30 but still freezes.

Let’s say I want to slowly increase the overclocking speeds with no errors, what is the best way on achieving that? Would be very appreciated!
