My setup is: RTX 4070 MSI Gaming Trio X + 7800X3D + 32GB DDR5 6000
I tried to undervolt the GPU while keeping the frames at moderatly same stable levels, but I don't think it actually does anything through the afterburner, I watched this video: LINK and it works on vid, but not to me apparently.
Mind you I never actually did overclock or neither undervolt anything, just trying to save some money on power usage.
