My lows are terrible in every game. Every time I shoot at other players or they shoot at me, my 1% lows tanking to 50-70 s. My average is 140-180 in Arc Raiders on a 360 Hz OLED. The problem was same on my previous monitor. Low frames happen exactly when something is going on on the screen, such as effects and so on. Instantly after a fight it goes back up to a smooth value, no matter what game. I've tried hundreds of solutions, and when I say hundreds, I mean everything possible for me, including paid services. Nothing helped. The games are unplayable for me or not enjoyable because it’s smooth and then it's acid for eyes and gg.. back to lobby. All i know games should not behave like this. You would see a lot of pc in trash cans. If there is any way I can check what is happening with my computer when this happens, please help. I am out of ideas after fighting with this for year or longer, at this point i don’t even remember. I'm attaching a screenshot I took in the game when I was shooting at that spider. I have no idea about hwinfo, so the screenshot may not make any sense. I just wanna gaming.
