I have Hynix A die single rank ram sticks which were rated for CL30-40-40-96 at 1.35V 6000 MHz

I have managed a stable overclock by tightening the timings to CL28-35-35-56 by only changing the VDD voltage to 1.45V

What doesn't work for me (so please don't suggest these changes unless they're backed by reasons and logic)

  • tREFI above 50k (memory training fails)
  • tRFC 448 (memory training fails)
  • tRFC2 336 (memory training fails)
  • tRFCsb 288 (memory training fails)

I tried these at once and just the RFC timings along with stable tREFI (50k) but they won't pass memory training

I don't want asymmetric tRCD & tRP and setting them to 34 fails TestMem5, even with VDD 1.47V, VDDQ/IO 1.4V but these don't scale well with voltages anyways

I am towards the edge of stability for VDD and CL28 because I failed the test in later cycles at VDD 1.44 and passed 3-4H of TM5 anta777 extreme at these settings
