Hi, pretty new into this stuff and I'm not the type to go deep into overclocking but I would like some help on undertanding these different profiles.
On the first image, you can see the profiles JEDEC (default afaik) xmp 1&2 expo 1&2, micron 1&4 (4 is set into user to fit on screen), currently xmp1 is applied to my memory.
On the second image, as far as I understand, are the performance ratings of the different profiles according to my motherboard.
Can you mates please explain them, their differences in use and which one would you recommend for me?
