As there are many other threads, I need to preface:
I know there are multiple undervolting solutions on here, my issue is none of them solve my issue. Also need to add that I'm inexperienced with this.

I have a 13900k (Dark Rock Pro Cooler) on an ASUS z790 board and it basically thermal throttles almost permanently during benchmarks (which is appearently intended by intel) and semi-perminantely during gameplay.

To fix this, I followed this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHh4HZGK3O4

My issue now is, every benchmarking tool fails to start when I try to undervolt and if I'm using XTU to determine the correct settings, my whole PC crashes. Also with the settings provided by the video, the CPU still thermal throttles during gameplay.

I'm at a loss here, can anyone help me what I should do next?
