Hey y’all, I’m trying to confirm the thermal-pad measurements for the ASRock 7900XTX White, specifically the VRMs, VRAM, MOSFETs, chokes, and anything else that actually needs pads on the cooler side of the PCB.
I saw a Reddit comment saying “1.5 mm for the VRMs and 2 mm for everything else on the cooler side, including VRAM”, but they didn’t mention the width or length.
I’m planning to use Thermalright TP-3 pads, and the sizes available are:
0.5 / 1 / 1.5 mm thickness
120×20 mm, 100×100 mm, or 200×100 mm sheets
The problem is I’m not even 100% sure which components are which on this specific card. If anyone has this card and can confirm the correct thickness and approximate dimensions, or even circle/label the VRAM, VRMs, MOSFETs, etc., that would help a lot.
I couldn’t find a labeled diagram anywhere on Google. Thanks in advance!
