Did some memory overclocking today (and yesterday) with my Corsair Vengeance 2x16gb DDR5 kit which uses the Samsung B-die. Ended up with these settings at 1,40v and I am actually quite surprised it got as far as it did:
- 6400Mhz CL36-36-36-72 + tighter tRC, tREFI and tFAW. Only had to losen tRFC from 480 -> 520 due to temperature constraints under stress testing.
Stock settings were:
- 6000mhz CL36-44-44-96 and I don't remember all the secondaries exactly.
It's still not Hynix A or M-die but i'm happy for the price I got these 6 months ago.
