So i noticed that my ryzen 5 1600x never boosts above 3.7 ghz when i went to check in cpu-z noticed that the multiplier was set to 37 now iam trying to manualy boost it to 3.8 and if its stable gradualy to 4 in bios i think i got the frequency setting righ but not sure about the voltages .

Gigabyte B450M DS3H (latest bios version)
2x8GB DDR4 2666 ADATA
RTX 3060 12 GB
