Hello Everyone. I want to complete the achievement that "Ice Dragons Witness" but there's a problem. Regarding the rules, you must find 3 scale (Penguin, polar bear, fox). During the game I can only find polar bear and fox scales. I can't receive the penguin scale.
I don't understand this problem or not. Does anyone have a similar situation?
