Found a GTA San Andreas reference/ easter egg! Can check the location in the last pic.

I was just walking through the city and found myself in front of a dinner, where outside there was an NPC very, very similar to Big Smoke making a food order, which is also very, very similar to Big Smoke's on Gta San Andreas.
