I just finished updating my CS2 optimization and FPS boost guide for 2025 — it includes graphics tweaks, safe console commands, performance settings, and input tips that actually make a difference in Source 2.
💡 Important note:
All the images in the guide are AI-generated, used only to give it a clean and modern look —
but the content itself is 100% tested in-game and based on the current CS2 version (November 2025).
A few players here on Reddit helped by pointing out some old commands (cl_cmdrate, cl_updaterate, cl_interp, etc.) that no longer exist in CS2 — we’ve completely removed them and updated everything to match the new engine. Big thanks to those who caught that! 🙏
