Why is my game lagging when there’s no spike in latency and no packet loss? Every single match I’ve gone into this past week has been unplayable because of this.

Every 30 seconds or so my game will just snap and lag for a second. I’ve got a low ping with no spikes, no packet loss and a solid internet connection. No other game ever does this to me. Been like this the past week no matter what game mode I play. Why is playing COD always such a shit show? There’s literally always something wrong.
