Hi everybody, I have been playing PUBG on and off for a couple of years, last night something really weird happened – I was doing some work on my computer (PUBG closed, haven't played since november 2nd) and I opened an excel spreadsheet (created by me years ago, not downloaded from the internet) and 1 second later I got hit with the Steam pop-up that my PUBG account is permanently banned, without any further explanation as to why or when.

Now, this is my original almost 20 year old Steam account with lots of games, thousands of hours in other games etc, I have absolutely never ever used cheats or any kind of gameplay-altering software in PUBG nor in any Steam game, for that matter.

I have contacted PUBG support, and all I got was a vague and generic answer, telling me that I broke a rule, however they don't mention what rule, when or how.

I know for absolute sure that I have no in-game reports, because I very rarely have a game where I made more than 3-4 kills, I do not use any communication in the game, no microphone, I haven't insulted anybody or anything, so it makes very little sense that I'd get permabanned for that and opening the Excel document was just timing.

This is my op.gg profile – https://op.gg/pubg/user/hathlolx

Now, does anybody have any idea how I can appeal this and get the game ban removed from my steam profile?

Regards
