Does Cyberpunk 2077 have the most realistic skin rendering in any game to date

Cyberpunk 2077's skin textures are on another level man… Is it just me or does Cyberpunk 2077 have the most realistic skin rendering in any game so far? The pores, the tattoos, the lighting… It's fucking insane
