I’ve definitely got a few qualms with the HUD, but this is one of the biggest.
It looked terrible in Black Ops 4 and it looks terrible now.
There is no reason to need a silhouette, especially that takes up as much space as it does, for a weapon that the player IS CURRENTLY HOLDING IN THEIR HANDS.
Please, if nothing else, remove this or allow this specifically to be hidden in options.
