In Japan, karaoke is essentially a national pastime enjoyed by people of all ages. Karaoke is so big, in fact, that their designated karaoke shops often have lots of extra amenities which you can add to your experience, including full-fledged food and drink menus.
One chain running such karaoke stores is Pasela Resorts, and beyond just offering yummy treats for their patrons they also go out of their way to do collaborations with popular intellectual properties. The latest one, it appears, is Street Fighter 6 and sees some of our favorite World Warriors have their own signature items on the menu.
The main food items are limited to three specific characters — Guile, Akuma and Juri.
Given Guile’s whole character is heavily centered around him being American, they’ve chosen to give him one of the most quintessentially American food items around, namely a hot dog. Dubbed the “Guile’s Air Force Hot Dog”, it’s a hot dog served with ketchup, mustard, chili and a side of lettuce, parsley and fries.
Next up is Akuma, who goes much more local with his menu item (hardly surprising considering the character himself is Japanese). Named the “Akuma’s Fierce God Curry”, it’s a Japanese-style fried chicken curry topped with onions, parmesan cheese and chopped potatoes served with a side of rice.
The final extravagant food item is Juri’s parfait, more specifically “Juri’s Bewitching Berry Parfait”. This is a traditional ice cream parfait which contains blueberries, strawberries, two types of chocolate, cocoa cookies, whipped cream, blueberry sauce and finally a small piece of mint.
You can check out the menu in action below, though it’s all in Japanese of course. There are also special coasters, featured in the second image, one of which you get at random with any order of a Street Fighter item.

For the other items on the menu, they’re all drinks which I won’t go into as much detail on, but they include non-alcoholic items Luke’s Passion Soda, Melon Blanka, Ed’s Psycho Mojito and Jamie’s Medicinal Bath (weird name for a drink, I’d say).
Alcoholic options include Zangief’s Crimson Vodka, A.K.I.’s Purple Smoke Grape Wine and the Shadaloo Dark Cocktail.
These items will be available until November 25th, so if you happen to find yourself in Japan with some time to kill, why not stop by one of the Pasela Resorts Karaoke parlors and let us know how the Street Fighter items tasted?
