Wild take, but I think we can all admit that this is the best and worst perk to use in MP.

For the best, it's great at taking out unsuspecting enemy players by surprise (especially when they're too close or their HP is low), and for the worst, it's annoying and spammable and is near-useless against Flak Jacket users.
