Mi memoria ram es una adata 32gb 5600mhz 46-45-45-90 1.1v quisiera ubicar una mejor configuracion haciendolo manual de bajarle la latencia, investigue por mucho y no consigo algo que me ayude lo unico fue la IA de brave que me dijo que lo bajara poco a poco y le aumentara el voltaje gradualmente pienso ponerlo a 1.25v. Quisiera tener opiniones y intentar comprender mejor que hacer.

My RAM is an Adata 32GB 5600MHz 46-45-45-90 1.1V module. I'd like to find a better configuration by manually lowering the latency. I've researched extensively but haven't found anything helpful. The only thing I found was Brave's AI, which suggested lowering the latency gradually and increasing the voltage little by little. I'm thinking of setting it to 1.25V. I'd appreciate any opinions and help me understand what to do. My motherboard is an ECS B650AM5-M with American Megatrends BIOS, which appears to be the same BIOS as a Maxsun motherboard.
