Hello, I add a profiletext to my profile.
It was kinda like „Official Account of …“ and a ✅ afterwards.
Later this evening my Account was locked due to suspicious activity.
So I contacted the steam support, to help me to get unlocked. Their response was „we need the CD Key to proof the ownership.
Well my account is 19 years old and I don’t have CDs at all after this time. I already told them. Until now I wait for the next answer.
The only thing I have is the steam guard and the access to my mail account.
Anything else I can’t provide like first purchases documents or anything else.
So it sounds like to me, I really can’t proof the ownership.
Anyone experienced same and what can I do? On my account are like 2500€ in skins and a sentimental value.
