my guest account can’t be linked to my socials because “event has not started”?? (follow up w/ video)

hi guys, i seem to be getting this message every time i try to connect my account to my socials. i’m not sure what’s causing it, perhaps a bug of some sort?? am i the only one encountering this issue??
