This video is intended to help people complete hard mode. Strategy:

  1. Attack normal toilets first to get movement buff. Fast movement is key to surviving every stage. You need to have at least 5 speed buffs (ish, didn't actually check) to outrun toilets and boss attacks. More is better.
  2. Every time a boss casts a long attack (summons more toilets, long charged attack) the contents of the crates change. Take time during the first two boss stages to loot 10 self-AEDs or so.
  3. once you make it to the final boss stage, get movement speed as fast as possible and begin running around the outer edge of the arena. You will be able to outrun all of the boss attacks and the toilets will gather in the center because they are too slow.
  4. Periodically shoot at the boss as you circle the arena. If you take damage, shoot some toilets to fill your boost meter and recover HP.
  5. If you get knocked, use a self-AED right away. Do not try to crawl to cover. You will get knocked at least a few times by the boss charged attack and you can eventually bleed out in 1 or 2 ticks. If you get knocked a lot, you have 1 second to use the self-AED before you bleed out so DO NOT crawl.
  6. When the boss uses the charged attack, kill toilets to increase your buffs (recommend using grenades and mollies since the toilets will be bunched up). Leave some toilets alive to recover HP after being knocked by the AOE attack. You lose some of your buffs when the boss casts long attacks so you will need to keep killing toilets periodically like this to maintain your movement speed buff.

This is doable with any gun. Fast movement and self-AEDs are enough to stay alive indefinitely so it doesn't matter how much damage your bullets do. I don't recommend M249 because it takes too long to reload, Groza is probably fastest. I only used the M249 in this clip because 100 toilet kills are required for one of the Act 3 missions. This event is completable with all rewards in only 2-3 hours.
