Hello, since FaceIt support does not want to act and send users to automated system through reports , I would like you help to report smurf. Week ago I was playing match against duo 3lvl and 6lvl where 3lvl player playing better than supposed to do, I reported and he was banned DertixPL_ – FACEIT.com, decided to check his friends whether he still playing with smurfs and found out same guy's 2nd account dertix0 – FACEIT.com. If to open stats its clearly visible the last match was 13 Oct and 1st match of 2nd account happened 14 Oct but ban was issued 18 Oct, it means before ban he was playing on 2 accounts and yet keep playing. Names – same, friend – same, and the most important voices – same, but unfortunately faceit ac does not work by itself. Please report
