my friend tried cs2 for the first time and automatically is places in red trust factor (hes never toxic he never cheated in any games) and his climb to level 10 is HORRIBLE with cheaters. Not only that, when he played premier it was still infested with hackers. HELLO? what kind of first impression is that for new players? how is he in red trust factor?? this is unplayable.

but what i want to highlight is a new player is placed into red trust factor my default how is that ok?
all i can do is hope people with a voice like streamers addresses this to valve because its a terrible experience.
