My account with uid 5550509557 was h4cked for a long time, on June 24, 2025 login using my twitter and my trusted device which is often used for playing (failed to remove the h4cker's email link because it was only changed less than 7 days ago), when trying to recover account always rejected (customer support says does not support account sharing because I was offline for a long time), until now I still haven't got my account back and my Gmail account has received many messages from fake customer service, what are they looking for? even though i lost my account they still attack me
no help from real customer service email service@pubgmobile.com, I reported this issue and there has been no response since last June

3rd lost account again since 20 june and can't recover till today 8 October
I try submitted account recovery via:
- in-game account recovery using my phone most login and most played (rejected) many many times
- google form on 20 June (rejected)
- complaint via email PUBGMobile support service@pubgmobile.com (no response)
I submitted a claim and answered the questions with 100% accurate answers, but it was rejected.
I don't know what to do anymore while sleeping, I dreamt of playing PUBG again , when I woke up on a dark day I accepted the fact that my account was not back
