Look at both the images.
The Patch Notes just say "PGC 2024" — the image on the patch notes page and the image in-game both show 3 characters, clearly all wearing PGC 2024 items. So you'd assume, all PGC 2024 Items including the Level 3 Helmet that I've circled would be available from Archivists Chests.
I just realized after spending hundreds of dollars on Archivists Chests, that the Level 3 Helmet is not obtainable out of the PGC 2024 Set 1 & PGC 2024 Set 2 that has been added.
I feel defrauded, and even scammed. Do you think support would refund me my G-Coin or at-least manually credit the PGC 2024 Level 3 Helmet to my account for this error on their end?
A company as big as Krafton should take better strides to inform what a consumer is actually purchasing rather than just vaguely putting "PGC 2024" as the only thing added to Archivist Chests during a patch note that's sent to everybody who plays this game. For that reason, I feel this is not my fault. Am I wrong?
