- Martyrdom: 1.25s > 2.20s
- Flak Jacket: 40% > 20%
- Dauntless: 60% > 30%
- Agile – -15% S2F (Mantling also buffed)
- Lightweight: 5% > 3%
- Skulker: 12% > 6%
- Overclock: 30% > 20%
- Fast Recover: 40% > 20%
- Restock: 15s > 25s
- Iron Lungs: 25s > 15s
- Pin Point: Reduced Aim Assist (Eye-Test Only). Not material enough to matter
- Tactician: No Change
