Seems like it is a bad system if HLTV can choose whether or not a match is counted towards vrs points by deciding themselves to cover the match or not. Seems like an issue if a match meets all vrs requirements to just not be counted on their whim. Valve uses HLTV to track vrs points and invites to majors.
Teams are now withdrawing with no penalty because HLTV isn't tracking the opening matches and kind of screwing over the tournament organizers.
