I think the less racist could be Nikolai, since I don't know much about russians.
The second could be Dempsey, since he was fighting in the vietnam war and America was even more racist back then.
Third one for me could be Richtofen. I think it is pretty obvous why I assume this, but him not being on the first place has a reason.
Takeo was a samurai in the 1500s, so he would probably see any other non-japanese person as oniis or demons instead of actual human beings or something like that.
