Was jut playing my first game of the day and halfway through the game is it got cancled. Now i have this ‘Global Cooldown’.

I dont know what happend. I was just solo queing in my forst game
game. All seemed fine but halfway the game got cancled and then got this on the home screen. How could that have happend?
