Froggie Forest MasterCraft Bundle Glitched & Unusable, No Help from Activision Support

A few minutes into a round, the mushrooms on the operator skin grow so large they block the entire screen, making it unusable. Contacted Activision support, but they offered no fix or refund. Anyone else facing this?
