so my friend doesnt have the best pc, and ive been wanting to try and find a video thats the best to optimize cs2 for him, and i just found this one video that may be good, but im scared it might be dangerous because some settings are outside of the game itself, and i want to know if the settings are safe to do so heres the link of the video:
