Does anyone know if/where this purple dress is available in any of the shops?

i feel like i’ve searched everywhere, but pub has so many hidden areas that i could have missed 😂

i’m hoping it’s a redeemable item of some sort, but i’m guessing not since i can’t find it? (unless i can’t find it due to user error lmaooo)
